Terms of Service

1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of Savvy Roam (the "Service"), operated by Aevi Labs ("Aevi Labs," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. Many of the financial products we describe (credit cards in particular) have their own age and residency requirements set by the issuer.
3. Your account
You sign in with a supported identity provider (currently Google). You are responsible for safeguarding access to that identity account and for activity that happens through it. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. The information you provide during onboarding must be accurate; the Service's value depends on it.
4. License to use the Service
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own non-commercial travel planning. You may not (a) resell, sublicense, or commercialize any part of the Service; (b) scrape, mirror, or reverse-engineer the Service or its data; (c) attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication, or access controls; (d) interfere with other users or with the operation of the Service; or (e) use the Service to violate any law or third-party right.
5. Not financial, legal, or tax advice
Savvy Roam provides general travel and loyalty information, personalized recommendations, and tools that estimate the value you might earn from points, miles, and status. We are nota bank, broker-dealer, registered investment adviser, financial planner, tax professional, or law firm. Nothing on the Service is financial, legal, or tax advice, and nothing constitutes an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy any financial product. Credit card decisions are governed solely by the issuer's terms; read them before applying. Past redemption values do not predict future values; airline, hotel, and card programs change their rules frequently and unilaterally.
6. Award space and availability
Award flights, hotel rewards, status benefits, and similar redemptions are subject to availability and the rules of the loyalty program that issues them. We do not guarantee that a fare, sweet spot, or upgrade described on the Service will be available at the time you try to book it. Always confirm price, taxes, fees, cancellation policy, and routing rules with the operating airline, hotel, or program before transacting.
7. Affiliate compensation and editorial independence
Savvy Roam earns commissions from some links to credit cards and travel partners. We disclose this at the point of recommendation and again in our Privacy Policy. Affiliate compensation does not change which recommendation the engine surfaces beyond what is described in our editorial policy (forthcoming). If two offers are otherwise equivalent, we may prefer the one that pays us.
8. Status Path and projections
The Status Path Planner uses linear projections from balances and activity you enter. It is a planning tool, not a guarantee of status. Programs may change qualification rules, earning rates, and tier benefits at any time; we update our curated rules promptly but cannot promise zero lag.
9. User content (Brag Cards)
You may upload photos, choose a public display handle, and generate Brag Cards that share milestones and referral links (collectively, "User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting it you grant Aevi Labs a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, and display it for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service. You represent that you have the rights to the User Content you submit, that it does not infringe any third party's rights, and that it does not violate the prohibited uses below. We may remove User Content at our discretion.
10. Prohibited uses
You agree not to upload or share content that is illegal, harassing, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit, that depicts other identifiable people without their permission, or that infringes intellectual property. You agree not to use the Service to send spam, attempt fraud, or circumvent any program's terms of service.
11. Third-party services
The Service links to and integrates with third-party services (airlines, hotels, card issuers, affiliate networks, identity providers). Their own terms and privacy policies govern your use of those services. We are not responsible for them.
12. Intellectual property
Savvy Roam, the Service, and all underlying software, data compilations, designs, and trademarks are owned by Aevi Labs or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property law. Except for the limited license granted in § 4, no rights are granted to you.
13. Termination
You may stop using the Service or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use creates legal or security risk. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, governing law) will survive.
14. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation. We do not warrant that any recommendation will produce a particular financial outcome, that any deal or award will remain available, or that the Service will be error-free.
15. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aevi Labs and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
16. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Aevi Labs from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your User Content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right.
17. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware for any dispute that is not subject to arbitration. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction. (Specific dispute-resolution and arbitration terms will be finalized during legal review.)
18. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If the changes are material, we will notify you by email or in-product before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance.
